Dr. Joshua Lurie, PT, DPT

Dr. Joshua Lurie, PT, DPT is the CEO and Owner of BVC Physical Therapy. Dr. Lurie obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Simmons College in Boston. In 2012 Dr. Lurie opened his first location in Encino, in 2015 expanded to a second location in West Hills and in 2019, a third location in Northridge.
Dr. Lurie has extensive training, experience and success in treating patients with a wide range of vestibular disorders and neurological conditions. Some of these include: Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), vestibular hypofunction, Meniere's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson Disease and post CVA/stroke. He also has worked with patients suffering from general gait and balance impairments from a variety of causes including joint replacements/orthopedic conditions and neuropathy. Dr. Lurie opened BVC physical therapy because he felt there was a lack of options for patients suffering from these serious conditions.
Dr. Lurie enjoys being able to see the progress of a patient from their first visit through their date of discharge, no matter how long that process takes. He has also worked with athletes of all levels, helping them recover from mild to severe concussions suffered during play.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and likes to stay active by playing basketball on a regular basis.



Dr. Adriana Delgado, PT, DPT
Clinic Director-West Hills

Dr. Adriana Delgado, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences. She has furthered her education by obtaining a certificate of Competency in Vestibular Rehabilitation, in Kinesiology Taping, and Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery (PWR!). She also loves to learn from others in the neurological field by regularly taking continuing education courses. Dr. Delgado is passionate about working with and improving the function of the geriatric, neurological, and vestibular populations. She is dedicated to empowering patients by providing them the tools necessary to maximize their well-being and independence. When she is not at the Balance and Vestibular Center, Dr. Delgado stays active by running and regularly participating in cardio classes (HIIT, step aerobics, and Zumba). She loves playing with her Maltipoo, spending time with her family, and taking short trips to the beach with her husband.



Dr. Stacy Choi, PT, DPT
Clinic Director-Northridge

Dr. Stacy Choi, PT, DPT obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from California State University, Northridge. Through her clinical training and education, she has gained experience in treating a wide range of patients with neurological to balance conditions in the adult to the geriatric population. She has experience treating patients with general balance and gait impairments, vestibular hypofunction, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), post CVA/stroke, and Parkinson's Disease. Dr. Choi has a passion for helping others and improving the lives of each individual. Outside of the clinic, Stacy enjoys backpacking, camping, traveling, cooking, weight lifting, and spending time with family and friends.


Dr. Cherith Caishpal, PT, DPT
Clinic Director-Encino

Dr. Cherith Caishpal, PT, DPT obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Andrews University. Through her clinical training and education, she has gained experience in treating a wide range of patients with neurological to balance conditions in the adult to the geriatric population. She has experience treating patients with general balance and gait impairments, vestibular hypofunction, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), post CVA/stroke, spina bifida, multiple sclerosis (MS), and Parkinson's Disease. Dr. Caishpal has a passion for helping individuals build their confidence with daily life activities in the home and community. Outside of the clinic, Cherith enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking, going the gym, and spending time with family and friends.



Dr. Saskia van Ommeren-Egberts, PT, DPT

Dr. Saskia van Ommeren-Egberts, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy with highest honors from the University of Southern California after getting her Bachelor's Degree in Psychobiology from UCLA.
She has worked in multiple settings such as aquatic therapy, outpatient orthopedics, chronic pain rehabilitation, and vestibular rehabilitation. She has experience treating clients with persistent post-concussive symptoms, Parkinson's, ALS/PLS, functional neurological disorders (such as tremors, 3PD, CRPS, and seizures), Multiple Sclerosis, post stroke, vestibular hypofunction, vestibular migraines, and BPPV. When treating, she prioritizes autonomy and return to independence, working in collaboration with clients to reach their goals safely.
Outside of the clinic, Saskia enjoys running, hanging out with her two cats, and taking quick trips to Sonoma County where she grew up.


Dr. Megan Gardhouse, PT, DPT

Dr. Megan Gardhouse, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Simmons University in Boston after receiving her Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science from the University of California, Berkeley. She has experience treating patients with general gait and balance impairments, dizziness, post-stroke, Parkinson's Disease, and post-concussion. She is dedicated to improving the function and quality of life of her patients. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family.


Dr. Isom Washington, PT, DPT

Dr. Isom Washington, PT, DPT received his doctoral degree from the University of Southern California after receiving his Bachelor's degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida (UF). Isom initially discovered the world of vestibular rehabilitation through his participation in research on the effect of exercise on Concussion recovery while at UF, and since then he has been fascinated by ability of the brain to recover and remodel after injury. Through his clinical training and education, he has gained experience treating patients of all ages with various neurological conditions. He has experience treating patients with Functional Neurological Disorder, post CVA/stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, as well as general balance and gait impairments. Isom's main goal as a clinician is to demonstrate commitment to his client's recovery by providing highly personalized plans of care in order to swiftly return them to their desired activities. Born in Michigan, raised in Central Florida, Isom now enjoys spending time with his family in the LA area, creative photography, playing softball, exercising, and reading.


Dr. Danielle Drake, PT, DPT

Dr. Danielle Drake, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from California State University Northridge. She also received her B.S. in Kinesiology from California State University Northridge and gained experience working with individuals with disabilities through land and aquatic therapeutic exercise programming at the Center of Achievement during her studies. She has experience working with patients with various vestibular and neurological conditions including vestibular hypofunction, Benign Paroxysmal Peripheral Vertigo (BPPV), post-concussion syndrome, post stroke, ALS, cerebellar ataxia, and Parkinson's disease. She also has experience working in pediatrics administering aquatic physical therapy to children with various conditions including autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, and Down's syndrome. During the summer months she teaches private swimming lessons for ages from 6 months to adulthood. She has a passion for helping people of different ages and abilities achieve their full potential of independence so they can continue doing the activities they enjoy as well as discover new hobbies they can pursue to optimize their health and wellness. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, paddleboarding, and traveling to visit national parks whenever she gets the chance.


Dr. Janelle Liu, PT, DPT

Janelle graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy from CSUN in 2022 and has been working in vestibular and balance rehab ever since. She has experience treating a wide variety of conditions, including BPPV, Meniere's Disease, vestibular migraine, vestibular neuritis/labyrinthitis, Mal de Debarquement Syndrome, PPPD, cervicogenic dizziness, Parkinson's disease, MS, concussion, and more. She really enjoys helping people reach their goals, whether that means returning to their prior level of function or, for chronic or progressive conditions, learning how to better manage their condition. She also enjoys how creative the treatment for vestibular and balance rehab can be. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, rollerblading, going to concerts, going to the gym (sometimes), and hanging out with friends.


Ashley Hart Campbell

Ashley has been working in the medical field for over 5 years. She received her phlebotomy license in 2024. She puts pride in her work, to take the time to care for our patients in anyway she can, and always wants to provide the upmost costumer service she can for patients here at BVC. She enjoys rock hounding while hiking, spending time with her friends, her husband and two fur babies Boomer the boomerang and Xena the princess warrior.
